Hi! I’m Marisa from My Indy Craft and Allapate.

Crochet and crafts enthusiastic. I love playing with yarn and threads, discovering new textures and colour combinations, especially contrasting colours with black.

Born in Portugal, I spent a few years in Ireland, and I’m back home, to Porto. This photo is in Fitzgerald’s Park, in Cork.

My Indy Craft is the house for many things, many crafts, as the name says. I like to see that I’m moving in slow steps but in the direction that I want to go. And I want to take you with me. 🙂

I also created the brand Allapate, you will see this name around many times in the blog, as it is now the brand for the crochet patterns and finished items.

Small projects are my favourites, but I also can make blankets. 🙂
